The 2009 sportive season ended on Sunday, December the 13th; pilots have been meeting for 23 years at the Val Vibrata kart track. Galiffa Team plays a home game here, and its many pilots show such a big passion that they are not afraid of the freezing winter.
Delli Compagni is still the winner in KZ2, after a great performance in the first trial, which took place on December the 6th. The pilot imposed his supremacy obtaining the first place in the official morning trials. After the first laps of the final challenge he was leading the race, so he didn’t seem to be worried at all about attacks conducted by his followers. He went straight to the victory, after few rounds from the start. Deli Compagni ended the agonistic season as the absolute winner of the 23rd Winter Cup.
The Galiffa Team pilots who took part in the 125 Italia, were five. Loddo obtained the 7th place, followed by Vimini and Vallorani in the official trials. Morcelli and Secinaro conquered respectively the 13th and the 17th place. Vimini, one of the team Galiffa pilots, was able to get the second place during the final challenge. Vimini won the 4th place in the Prize. Loddo got behind at the 14th place, although a good beginning, because of a contact he had when he was among the firsts. Vallorani, who got the 9th place in the official trials, arrived in the third position. Morcelli, who started at the 13th place, ended the race at the 8th place, in the same way Secinaro, who started at 17th position, arrived 11th.
This is how Galiffa Team ended its agonistic season. The team hopes for a satisfactory 2010, why not, rich in victories!
